Joe O’Connell, Artist and Head of Creative Machines, recently was invited to lecture at UTSA College of Architecture as part of their Fall Lecture Series. His lecture, “Public Art and Placemaking” was sponsored by Public Art San Antonio and was inspired by the success of the piece, Ballroom Luminoso, in San Antonio.
