Creative Machines is featured in Tucson Tastemakers, part of the new Jeep Renegade campaign! Tucson Tastemakers features three very different Tucson businesses and sheds light on how they connect with the local community. The film crew came to our shop a few months ago to play with our toys, shoot video footage and interview Creative Machines owner, Joe O’Connell. As you may already know, we make interactive exhibits and artpieces for different communities throughout the world. Community involvement and engagement is very important to us and resides at the heart of all of our projects. It was a great opportunity to be featured in such a captivating video.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Our Creative Machines shop is located on the ancestral lands of the Tohono O'odham Nation. We are nestled in the heart of Tucson, Arizona, a vibrant, culture-rich city, both presently and historically. This land was home to some of the earliest people in North America, the Hohokam, and we honor and respectfully acknowledge the indigenous nations that have stewarded this land since time immemorial. Today, Arizona is home to 22 federally recognized tribes, with Tucson being home to the Tohono O’odham and the Pascua Yaqui Tribe.
